Crystal World Awards operates strictly as a B2B manufacturing facility. Our services are
intended for corporate and wholesale clients. We reserve the right to decline retail orders.
2. Orders and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
- MOQ Requirements: Minimum order quantities vary by product and will be
communicated during the quotation process. - Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after quote approval,
design/sample approval, and advance payment.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Direct Factory Pricing: Pricing depends on volume, materials, and design.
Changes in scope may affect pricing. - Payment Structure: Advance payment is required before production, with
the remaining balance due before dispatch. - Taxes: Prices exclude GST and shipping unless stated otherwise.
4. Design Approvals and Intellectual Property
- Prototyping: You must review and approve all designs carefully. Approved
designs are final, and we are not liable for errors. - Client Assets: You confirm legal rights to all submitted designs and agree
to indemnify us against IP claims. - Our Portfolio: We may use product images for marketing unless an NDA is signed.
5. Production and Delivery Timelines
- Turnaround Times: Production typically takes 2 to 5 weeks after approval.
- Shipping: We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or external factors.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Custom Products: No returns or refunds after production begins.
- Defects: Report issues within 3 business days for repair or replacement.
- Cancellations: Costs incurred before cancellation will be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
